David Bentley Hart goes off on Facebook, explains his politics.

Apparently there had been a debate online regarding David Bentley Hart’s politics. Someone even changed his Wikipedia to remove the fact that he is a democratic socialist.

Anyways, Hart used Facebook of all places to clarify.

I’m posting here because 1) I think his comments are worth considering, especially regarding America’s aversion to socialism (a theme I touched on previously), and 2) because since it’s on FB, I’m not sure the post will remain up and I wanted to preserve the comment.
